Stampin' Up! Hello Ladybug in Polished Pink

Hi!  Hello Ladybug is such a fantastic bundle!  It's great for stampers just getting started and for those who have been stamping for decades.  I love that Stampin' Up! has so many colors that are perfect for the lady bug, like this beautiful Polished Pink.  Isn't this a pretty shade of pink!?

The layout for this card was inspired by Sketch 010 from Simply Sketchin' Saturday.  I love that Simply Sketchin' Saturday is a Facebook Group and we can join in on any sketch at any time!  Plus, if you don't have a blog, no worries, just post a photo of your card in the group, no blog needed.  I encourage you to check out the group, get inspired by what you see and share your creations based on the sketches so you can in turn inspire others!

This is a photopolymer set, so the stamps are easy to see through, which make it easy to line up the dots on the ladybug wings.  I do choose to use my Stamparatus with this set to make it even easier to line up the dots AND because I like to stamp the ladybug twice to get a beautiful deep solid color.  However, this isn't necessary, as you can see with the word and the leaf, it stamps great even when just stamped once.

I like dressing up the inside of my cards (and envelopes) quickly.  The flowers included with the stamp set are perfect for this!  Plus, I got to use my Polished Pink again. ;)

Thank you for stopping by my blog today! I hope this card inspires you to create!
