Stampin' Up! Honeybee Home

Hi!  Today's card was inspired by Sunday Stamps Challenge 278, which is a sketch challenge!  Love these! ♥

Did you notice the 'Best of Luck' stamp in the Honeybee Home stamp set?  It made me think of St. Patrick's Day, which is tomorrow!  I guess I should have used a pretty green as my accent color, instead of Fresh Freesia.  Maybe Just Jade?  Oh, and a four leaf clover made with hearts instead of the flower!  Why do I always think of these things after the fact?

As usual, I used a hint of Wink of Stella on the bee's wings.  You probably can't tell it in these photos, but it really is there!  I love the little bit of shimmer it adds to the wings.

I started to add just the flower without the Basic Gray circle behind it.  It was too busy without something to break up the background and the flower details.

For the inside of the card, I simply added a smaller flower from Timeless Tropical.

Then, I also added the third bee from Honeybee Home to the envelope flap.  Of course, Wink of Stella was added to the wings here, as well! :)

Thank you for stopping by my blog today! I hope this card inspires you to create!
