Stampin' Up! Painted Poppies ~ Kylie's Demonstrator Blog Hop

Thank you for joining us for our Stampin' Up!® Demonstrator Training Program Monthly Blog Hop!  We are so happy that you could join us today for this blog hop for ideas and creative inspiration.  We are a group of Stampin' Up!®  Demonstrators from around the world that are taking part in training which is helping us build a successful Stampin' Up!® business and reach some goals we have set.  We really appreciate your support.

You may be starting here or have come from another blog ~ either way you can find the link list at the bottom of this post so that you can see every blog post and idea today.

As part of our training, Kylie & Bruno challenge us each month to create thank you cards for our customers and team members.  This is one of my favorite things about their training.  Mostly because I think it is incredibly important to say thank you, especially to our customers & team members.  But also because I love being inspired by all the other creative demonstrators in this blog hop!

My customer thank you card this month features Stampin' Up!'s Painted Poppies stamp set.  The 'thank you' is from Peaceful Moments, which is one of my favorite sentiment only stamp sets!

I placed the floral and sentiment stamps on my Stamparatus so I could ink and stamp them with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink at the same time.  Also, this allowed me to stamp repeatedly without having to line up the stamps each time.  I was able to stamp all my cards very quickly using this method.

I added the splash of color with the small 'splatter' stamp, stamping off once before stamping on the card twice.  After stamping twice, I would repeat the process until I had the flowers sufficiently colored.

I added the larger 'splatter' stamp once to the inside of the card.  I did also stamp off one time before stamping this one.  Of course, I also stamped the envelope!  This time I stamped the front of the envelope, using the large 'splatter' stamp and a single poppy stamp.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today! I hope this card inspires you to create!

Happy Stamping!
