Quick and Easy SIP Cards ~ Part 1

 

Hi!  It's been a while.  Sorry about that...life got extra crazy for a bit, then I caught a summer cold that had me down much longer than I liked.  I'm so happy to be back in my craft room sharing projects with you! 

I shared six super quick and easy cards on YouTube yesterday that require very little in the way of supplies or time!  Here's the measurements for the first three (I'll share the other three tomorrow).  I love love love this Flowering Fields DSP, it's so beautiful all you need to do is pair it with a good sentiment and you've got a great card!

Card 1 Measurements ~ Seriously

Card Base ~ Pool Party Cardstock ~ 8-1/2" x 5-1/2", score at 4-1/4"

Layer 1 ~ Flowering Fields DSP ~ 4-1/4" x 5-1/2"

Layer 2 ~ Flowering Fields DSP ~ 3-3/4" x 5"

Sentiment ~ Pool Party Cardstock ~ 1" x 2-1/2"

Card 2 ~ ★★★★★

Card Base ~ Pear Pizzazz Cardstock ~ 8-1/2" x 5-1/2", score at 4-1/4"

Layer 1 ~ Flowering Fields DSP ~ 3-1/4" x 5"

Layer 2 ~ Flowering Fields DSP ~ 1/4" x 5"

Sentiment ~ Highland Heather Cardstock ~ 1" x 2"

Card 3 ~ Bragworthy

Card Base ~ Highland Heather Cardstock ~ 8-1/2" x 5-1/2", score at 4-1/4"

Layer 1 ~ Flowering Fields DSP ~ 3-1/4" 4-1/4"

Layer 2 ~ Flowering Fields DSP ~ 3" x 4"

Sentiment ~ Highland Heather Cardstock ~ 1" x 2-3/4"

I also added a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Basic White Cardstock to the inside of each of these cards. If you have scraps of coordinating cardstock, you could also add a narrow to strip to the inside, just to decorate it up a bit.
