This week's Card from the Catalog features Stampin' Up!'s Painted Poppies Stamp Set. The original version of this card can be found on p. 28 of the 2022-2023 Annual Catalog. I only changed a few minor things on this card, like the color of the poppies and one of the ribbons.
I chose this card because it's beautiful and it uses several fun techniques like creating your own background paper, making a beautiful frame with dies and Gilded Leafing and, possibly my favorite, splattering Liquid Glue to cover with more Gilded Leafing.
