This card was inspired by Sketch #SSS031 from Simply Sketchin' Saturday. Simply Sketchin' Saturday is a Facebook Group where a new sketch is posted every Friday (or Saturday, depending on where you are located on our lovely planet Earth). I love that this is a Facebook Group, because that means you can share your projects, even if you don't have a blog!
I'm still using, and loving, Honeybee Home stamps this week! This time, however, I decided to break out my Brushed Brass Butterflies instead of using a bee stamp from the set. (By the way, these Brushed Brass Butterflies - my favorite embellishment ever - are on sale this week! Link at the bottom!)
When layering these little flowers, I like to place a bit of Liquid Glue on the bottom 1/3 of the flower and leave the tops loose. I do add a Mini Stampin' Dimensional or two behind the stamped flowers, at the top. I used the larger butterflies to cover up the two Mini Stampin' Dimensionals I used to attach the vellum banner.
