Hey there!  Thanks for stopping by!  Today I'm taking part in a blog hop with the Casually Crafting Design Team!  We are an international group of Independent Stampin' Up! Our challenge this month was to create a casual card using at least one item from Sale-a-bration.  I'm loving quite a lot, if not all, of the Sale-a-bration products.  So, the hardest part of this was to pick which one I was going to use!  Well, that would have been the hardest part, except for the fact that Adorable Owls just happens to be my Stamp Set of the Week here on my blog.  I've said it before and I'm sure I will say it many more times, this set is perfect for all levels of stampers!  It's SO good. 

For today's card I started by coloring my owl with Stampin' Blends in Smoky Slate, Pumpkin Pie and Mossy Meadow.  Then I looked for Designer Series Paper that included one of these colors and decided on this piece from Abigail Rose DSP.  I wanted something to break things up a little, so decided to a couple of pieces of Glittered Organdy Ribbon, colored with my Dark Pumpkin Pie Stampin' Blend.

Card Base ~ Mossy Meadow Cardstock ~ 8-1/2" x 5-1/2", score at 4-1/4"

Layer 1 ~ Abigail Rose DSP ~ 4" x 5-1/4"

Layer 2 ~ Mossy Meadow Cardstock ~ 2-1/4" x 3-1/2"

Layer 3 ~ Basic White Cardstock ~ 2" x 3-1/4"

Inside Layer ~ Basic White Cardstock ~ 4" x 5-1/4"
