This month's color & inspiration challenges come from the photo below. My card was definitely inspired by the color combination this time, rather than the photo. That photo though...Love it! I'm sitting here shivering in my craft room (it's not THAT cold, I just can't seem to get warm) and a nice, warm tropical beach sounds perfect right now! (Who am I kidding, a nice warm tropical beach ALWAYS sounds nice!)
I'm loving the ease of using Beautifully Happy stamps, which is a two-step stamp set. It's so easy to stamp the outline image, then add the inside layers with beautiful color! There's even a tiny little stamp for the center of the large flower, but I typically prefer adding a fun element there. For this card, I added an Adhesive-Backed Milky Dot to the center of the flower, then placed a couple more around the sentiment.
My favorite thing about this type of fun fold card is that when you decorate the inside, you can add a little something extra that can be seen even while the card is closed. I did make sure to stamp the rest of the sentiment towards the left of the inside layer, so that it wasn't showing while closed.

Layer 3 ~ Crumb Cake Cardstock ~ 2-1/4" x 2-1/4"
Basic White Cardstock ~ Approximately 2-1/2" x 4-1/4" (for flowers)
Scrap of Basic Black (for sentiment)
Inside Layer ~ Basic White Cardstock ~ 4" x 5-1/4"
