This card, featuring Stampin' Up!'s Friendly Gnomes stamp set, is a result of wishful thinking. Spring is definitely NOT everywhere in Texas right now, but I absolutely love it when it is! For now, we have ice (a LOT of ice), gloomy skies and not much green.
I mostly used scraps for this card, I've been on this kick lately where I want to use all those little pieces I have a tendency to save! That's why I ended up using pieces from three different packs of Designer Series Paper. If you would like to make a version of this card, use whatever scraps you have, it doesn't have to match perfectly.
