Stampin' Up! Playing in the Rain ~ Sketch Saturday

I can't believe my week of playing with Stampin' Up!'s Playing in the Rain stamp set is already over!  I'll still play with this one, a lot, it just isn't going to be my main focus now.  

I'm ending this playful card with quite possibly my favorite card of the week, inspired by this unique sketch from Sketch Saturday.  Today (February 25, 2023) is the first day of this challenge, you have two weeks to play along.  We would love to see what you create, so be sure to share over on the Sketch Saturday Blog. 

This bunny is so happy, I couldn't resist using it for another card.  This time, I left the puddle he's splashing in.  Not only that, but I made it shiny.  Sorry you can't really see it in the photos.  I discovered that using an old, small paintbrush and 3 or 4 drops from my Versamark Refill, I could paint the puddle with Versamark, sprinkle it with Clear Embossing Powder and heat to make it shiny.  I just might be adding embossing powder to EVERTYTHING now, lol.

By placing Mini Stampin' Dimensionals behind the 'a's and the 'p', they are not obvious at all.  If you get pretty close to the card, and are looking, you can barely see that they are there.

Layer 1 ~ Rain or Shine DSP ~ 4" x 5-1/2"

Layer 2 ~ Mango Melody Cardstock ~ 3" x 3"

Layer 3 ~ Rain or Shine DSP ~ 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" (*2) and 1-1/4" x  2-3/4"

Scrap of Basic White Cardstock and Vellum

Inside Layer ~ Basic White Cardstock ~ 4" x 5-1/4"
