Stampin' Up! Painted Poppies ~ Kylie & Bruno's Blog Hop

Thank you for joining us for our Stampin' Up!® Demonstrator Training Program Monthly Blog Hop!  We are so happy that you could join us today for this blog hop full of ideas and creative inspiration.  We are a group of Stampin' Up!® Demonstrators from around the world that are taking part in training which is helping us build a successful Stampin' Up!® business and reach some goals we have set.  We really appreciate your support!

You may be starting here or have come from another blog ~ either way you can find the link list at the bottom of this post so that you can see every blog post and idea today.

As part of our training, Kylie & Bruno challenge us each month to create thank you cards for our customers and team members.  This is one of my favorite things about their training.  Mostly because I think it is incredibly important to say thank you, especially to our customers & team members.  But also because I love being inspired by all the other creative demonstrators in this blog hop!

My customer thank you card this month features Stampin' Up!'s Painted Poppies stamp set.  I'm cheating a little with this one, because I didn't actually design it...my youngest daughter did!  I love it so much, I think it needs to be shared with all of you.

My DD loves my blending brushes, red and all things floral, so this card is 100% her!  Bonus, I love purple, so there's a little bit for me here, too!  She started by stamping the flowers in a line across the 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Basic White Cardstock.  Then, she used Blending Brushes to add Real Red and Gorgeous Grape inks. The Real Red Ribbon she used is from my retired stash, but I'll add a current option to the Product List below this post.  She finished the card front by stamping 'thanks' from Biggest Wish stamps to the bottom right; then, used Stampin' Dimensionals to attach it to the 11" x 4-1/4" Card Base.  (The base is scored at 5-1/2")

For the inside, she stamped the flowers again and added a bit more of the Real Red ink over them.

What colors would you use to make this card 'yours'?

Thanks for visiting my blog today.  Be sure to follow the links below to hop on over to the rest of the blogs for more creative paper crafting ideas!

Happy Stamping!
